Processing Times
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
Many of our products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Processing times for these items may vary depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
Some products are custom made-to-order, which may require additional lead time. We’ll contact you with an estimated timeline if this applies to your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
For larger or heavier items, we may arrange delivery through freight providers, depending on weight, warehouse location, and other factors.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Options
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days once shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (where applicable).
Freight Delivery: Used for oversized or palletized orders; delivery timelines will be provided once arranged.
Local Pickup (by appointment only): Customers in the Logan, Ohio area may arrange pickup. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.
Shipping Costs
Some shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
In cases where real-time shipping rates are not available, you will receive a separate invoice with the final shipping cost.
At that point, you may choose to pay the invoice, cancel your original order for a full refund, or contact us to explore other options.
Freight shipments and oversized items may also require a custom shipping quote.
